6-week Zoom Group Programme on "Parenting Teens with Social, emotional and behavioural difficulties" If you are struggling to find the right strategies to help your teen with SEB difficulties if their challenging adolescent behaviour is in the way of you having a loving and connected relationship with your teenage children. This is the group for you. It’s 6 week super interactive, intensive and informative sessions to support you to better understand your teens's difficult behaviour, and take daily action on impactful parenting strategies to parent them with confidence. It’s full of reflecting, sharing, trying, doing, doing nothing and celebrating. This 6-week program equips you with tools and knowledge to: ✅Understand SEBD: Explore different types and underlying causes of Social, Emotional, and Behavioral Difficulties. ✅Learn effective strategies to support your teen and manage the challenges ✅Support Your Teenager: Build resilience, foster positive behaviors, and create a supportive home environment.
