You have worked so hard to have everything you want in life, your success fills you with pride. You are well respected by your colleagues in the outside world YET when you get home, your teenager speaks to you like you are nobody, swears at you, lies to you, shuts themselves in their bedroom, and cuts off all communication with you. No matter what you have tried, nothing is working. Their aggressive behaviour continues to escalate. It felt like you are living in a minefield where you don't know when you are going to step on the next trigger. You go through a full spectrum of emotions in a matter of minutes because of your teenager's angry and violent behaviour. You have done all the parenting classes and therapy sessions. It just doesn’t help you and your teenage children at home. You feel that too much time and money are wasted on doing these things. You are feeling exhausted. You have tried hard to follow all the parenting strategies to help your teenage children but somehow it feels that your teenage children know all the things you have learned and don’t take what you do seriously. Somehow none of these parenting strategies work or stick for long. Everything regresses back to how it was. These situations can feel overwhelming and terrifying, but you don't have to navigate them alone. This intimate and confidential small group coaching session is for you if you want a peaceful and calm environment at home where you can relax with your family. 12th October 2024 (Saturday from 10 AM to 3PM - 1 hour lunch break) You also have the option to access more intensive support to help you implement the strategies with success.
