Teen Behaviour Breakthrough Bundle: Your Journey, Your Pace, Real Results

You’re Not Behind. You’re Parenting Through Crisis — And Now You Have the Tools to Lead Through It.

You didn’t expect to be walking on eggshells in your own home.

One moment it’s silence, the next it’s screaming.

You’ve tried the books, the classes, even Teen therapy — and yet, things keep breaking down.

Not because you’re doing it wrong… but because those tools were never built for this level of crisis.

Why Nothing Has Worked

Generic strategies can’t hold a family in chaos.

You’re not dealing with simple backchat or bedtime refusals.

You’re navigating emotional volatility, aggression, shutdowns, and trauma. These challenges strain your relationships wat home.

That’s why standard advice fails — and why this Library exists

What’s Actually Possible

What if, in just a few weeks, the explosions reduced…

Your teen opened up for the first time in months…

And you finally felt confident in your parenting again?

What Makes This Different

The Behaviour Breakthrough Bundle is built from the TTP Method — my proven family recalibration model. It’s rooted in 30+ years of therapeutic practice, and designed to give you strategy, safety, and step-by-step direction through the hardest moments.

What’s Inside:

A powerful bundle for parents who want peace, clarity, and better relationship — fast.

Inside, you’ll get:

1. Parent-Teen Reset (£222): A 5-day transformation experience to help you shift tension, restore communication, and get back on the same page — even if things feel totally disconnected.

2. The Method that stops troubled teenager behaviour in 90 days (£333) : This is your behind-the-scenes family diagnostic. You’ll finally understand why your teen behaves the way they do — and what’s actually needed to change it.

Bonus masterclass: How to Stop Your Teen’s Angry & Aggressive Outbursts (£222): This isn’t just about staying calm — it’s about knowing exactly what to say, when to say it, and how to stop the escalation before it starts.

Real Parent Wins

“We were about to give up. Now we eat together again — and no one’s shouting.”

“I finally stopped second-guessing myself. I have a plan that works.”

  • We’ve already tried therapy, coaching, school interventions… Nothing has worked.
We hear this every day — and it’s not a failure. It’s a sign that those systems weren’t built for the kind of crisis you’re facing. FTIP works because: It doesn’t wait until the next appointment It meets you inside the moment — when your teen is screaming, shutting down, or refusing school It gives you tools that shift the system at home, not just insight into what’s wrong You’re not starting from scratch. You’re starting from truth — and this time, you’re not doing it alone.
  • How is FTIP different from seeing a family therapist?
Most family therapy happens once every fortnight or less frequent depending on the family circumstances in a quiet room. But families in crisis don’t live in quiet rooms. They live in: → 10pm meltdowns → Police calls on Sundays → Screaming, threats, and shutdowns → Emotional chaos that no one warned them how to handle FTIP was built because of it. Here’s the truth: ✅ I am a trained Family Therapist — with over 30 years of frontline experience ✅ But I’m also trained in handling extreme teen aggression, violence, and crisis ✅ And I created this method because traditional therapy doesn’t equip parents for this Where teen therapy may help your teen talk about their feelings, FTIP helps you stop the spiral in real time. It’s not just talk — it’s tactical. It’s not once a week — it’s in your pocket, Monday to Friday. It’s not theory — it’s behaviour-focused, trauma-informed, and built for families who’ve already tried everything. If you’ve sat on the therapy couch and still feel lost at home, you’re not alone. FTIP is the piece therapy doesn’t give you — but your family desperately needs.
  • What if I don’t use it? What if I fail at this too
This is the quiet fear that lives under every investment: “What if I let myself hope again… and it doesn’t work?” Here’s what you need to hear: You don’t have to show up perfectly. FTIP isn’t another course you forget to finish. It’s designed for real life, for midnight chaos, for emotional shutdowns, for the days when all you can do is text. We will meet you where you are — not where you “should” be.
  • How quickly will I see change?
You’re not expecting magic. You’re asking for hope — and we get that. Some parents feel a shift within days. Not because everything is perfect, but because they’re no longer spiralling alone. You’ll start to notice: Less walking on eggshells Fewer blow ups that leave you helpless More clarity about what’s actually going on — and what to do next Change begins the moment you start working with Pei-I and stop surviving alone.
  • My family is too complex. I’m not sure you’ll really get it.
Court reports. School exclusions. Aggression. Neurodivergence. Trauma. Pei-I has seen it all — and she's trained to support it. In fact, these are the families I specialise in. For 30+ years, I’ve worked on the frontlines of family crisis — from hospital wards and residential units to homes where every conversation felt like walking on eggshells. 🧠 Families with teens who’ve been kicked out of therapy 📂 Families navigating social services, school interventions, or legal risk 🧩 Families with overlapping diagnoses, trauma histories, and breakdowns in connection You don’t need to translate your family’s pain here. You don’t need to justify it, soften it, or explain it. FTIP was designed for high-stakes families — where traditional therapy tools fall short, but repair is still possible. You’re not too complex. You’re the reason this exists.
  • Is this just videos? What if I get stuck?
You’re not left alone. The bundle includes: • A clear, guided structure with built-in reflection prompts • Easy-to-follow, step-by-step therapeutic frameworks • A direct pathway to upgrade into Restoring Harmony if you need deeper support You’ll know exactly what to do — and where to go if you want more.
  • Do I really need a course? We need therapy — this feels way deeper
That belief is widespread — but it’s also one of the biggest myths keeping families stuck. As a Family Therapist with 30+ years of experience, including midnight emergency calls and psychiatric admissions after violent episodes or overdoses, I can tell you this with certainty: Most families come to me after therapy hasn’t worked (and how I wish they have come to me first) They’ve tried: • Teen therapy • Group therapy • Therapy for themselves But the aggression continues. The outbursts escalate. The connection breaks down even further. Why? Because therapy usually focuses on just one part of the system — your teen. But the problem isn’t the teen. It’s the family system. And if nothing in your home has changed, nothing will. That’s why I created the Teen Behaviour Breakthrough Bundle — not a “course,” but a therapeutic, family-first method that helps parents interrupt crisis cycles at home. Inside, you get: • Parent-Teen Reset — rebuild communication in 5 days • How to Stop Angry & Aggressive Outbursts — real strategies to de-escalate, fast • The Method That Stops Troubled Teen Behaviour — decode what’s really going on, and what to do differently Your teen doesn’t need more therapy. They need a parent who’s equipped, confident, and supported to lead — even in chaos.
  • Our situation is too extreme. These things probably work for ‘normal’ families — not ours
You’re not dealing with “mild outbursts.” You’re dealing with: • Teens who threaten, self-harm, or run away • Screaming, smashing, and destroying the home • Children shutting down completely — or becoming violent This isn’t just difficult. It’s daily survival. That’s exactly who the Teen Behaviour Breakthrough Bundle was created for — high-stakes, high-intensity families. If you’ve been told your child is “too difficult” or “beyond help,” this is where we begin. My TTP Method (Therapeutic Transformation Pathway) is proven to take families from the brink of breakdown to real harmony in just 90 days. It’s not mindset work. It’s not parenting theory. It’s a step-by-step, trauma-informed approach rooted in 30 years of clinical experience working with extreme behaviour and family system repair. You are not too far gone. This method was built for exactly where you are.
  • We’ve tried everything: therapy, school, mentoring… What makes this different?
This is the biggest block we see. Because when nothing has worked, it’s easy to lose belief that anything will. You’re exhausted — emotionally, financially, and mentally. You’ve followed advice. You’ve hired help. And still, the aggression continues. The silence deepens. And your teen feels further away than ever. Here’s what changes with this Bundle: This isn’t another parenting course. It’s a crisis-calibrated system built for families like yours — where the behaviour isn’t “challenging,” it’s terrifying. Inside, you’ll get the exact tools I use in real-life family therapy rooms, but distilled for immediate use at home. No fluff. No waitlists. No generic advice. The Behaviour Breakthrough Bundle isn’t about “fixing” your teen. It’s about helping you understand what’s underneath their behaviour — and equipping you with the tools to stop the cycle, rebuild safety, and lead your family out of chaos. This is where families who’ve tried everything finally see change. Because it doesn’t just treat the symptoms It changes the system.
  • What if I buy this and it doesn’t work for us
That’s a completely valid fear — especially if you’ve already spent time, energy, and money on things that didn’t deliver. Here’s how we do things differently: This bundle isn’t just a course. It’s a full reset — over £1200 worth of therapeutic support, packed into a £555 on-demand experience that starts shifting things in as little as 5 days. And if after completing the first two modules you’re still unsure, you’ll have the option to apply your full investment toward our deeper 1:1 work or FTIP support. You won’t be stuck. You’ll be supported — every step of the way. You can also read the testimonials and find out what families say...
  • Do I need to be in a certain kind of crisis to work with you?
If your teen is aggressive, shutting down, refusing school, or destroying your home — this is for you. But even if you're not in “full crisis” yet — and you're just starting to feel the dread in your stomach, the disconnection in the house, the constant arguments that never go anywhere — you're not too early. The earlier we start, the easier it is to interrupt the spiral. In fact, families who come to me earlier often need less time in support. They avoid the most painful chapters, rebuild trust faster, and bring peace back into the home without waiting for it to break. This isn’t about whether your family is “bad enough.” It’s about whether you’re ready to lead your home differently.
  • How is this different from therapy?
Traditional therapy often focuses on the individual — especially the teenager. But families in crisis don’t just need a therapist to talk to their child. They need someone who can help rebuild the system the child lives in. That’s where I come in. Restoring Harmony is not talk therapy. It’s applied family transformation. It’s designed specifically for families navigating teen aggression, shutdown, and extreme behavioural breakdowns — and it integrates everything I’ve learned as a qualified Family Therapist, Parenting & Behaviour Specialist, and trauma-trained practitioner. Here’s the difference: ➡️ A therapist won’t tell you what to do. I will. ➡️ A therapist won’t coach you through an aggressive outburst. I do. ➡️ A therapist works with your teen. I work with you, so you can change what’s not working at home. You don’t need more theory. You need real guidance, strategy, and support — especially when things are exploding at 10pm and you don’t know what to do. That’s what Restoring Harmony was made for.
  • Does my teenager get to attend the sessions?
*For our Therapeutic parenting coaching session, the main focus is to work with parents to facilitate positive change at home. As such, the sessions are for parents only. Pei-I teaches parents techniques to include their teenager's input and hold their perspectives even when they are not present in sessions. This doesn't impact the effectiveness of the service. Families continue to experience transformative change in their family life. We want to make sure that you as a parent feel confident and is the person that your teenager children speak to, seek comfort and guidance from.
  • We’ve seen other family therapists. What makes this different?
Most therapists aren’t trained — or equipped — to support families in crisis. But they’re not trained to intervene when your teen is threatening you with a knife, smashing up the house, or spiralling into dangerous shutdowns. This isn’t traditional therapy. This is therapeutic parenting coaching. I’m not just here to listen — I’m here to help you change the climate of your home. For 30 years, I’ve worked with families other professionals had written off. Families where teens were physically aggressive, refusing school, self-harming, or running away Families who had been through multiple therapists, psychologists, and programs — and still felt stuck Parents who were told their teen was “unhelpable” or that they were the problem Not because I have a magic formula — but because I help parents see the system that’s driving the behaviour, not just the behaviour itself. This is a method built for high-conflict, high-stakes family systems. The kind where parents walk on eggshells, feel completely alone, and are desperate to make things better but don’t know where to start. If your family has been through therapy, but nothing’s changed at home — this is the missing piece.
  • What are the differences between Therapeutic Parenting Coaching and Family Therapy?
📌 “There’s no ‘one-size-fits-all’ when it comes to healing family relationships. Some families need family therapy sessions to work through conflict together. Others need strategic parenting coaching to take control and shift the dynamic at home. 1️⃣Therapeutic Parenting Coaching (For parents who want to lead the change). *Therapeutic parenting coaching is Parenting Skills Coaching using therapeutic principles and elements to help parents develop effective strategies to interact with and support their teenage children in the shortest time possible. It is particularly beneficial for parents who are facing challenges related to their teenage children's troubled behaviour, emotional well-being, developmental needs, co-parenting challenges and relationship difficulties at home. Whilst Therapeutic Parenting Coaching often involves a more structured approach, with a focus on specific goals and measurable outcomes, Pei-I has developed her own therapeutic approach into her Heal Family First - Thriving together method to ensure that all the emotional and psychological process, family dynamics, trauma, effects of trauma...etc and so on are addressed for long lasting results for families. Pei-I's training in childhood studies, psychology, psychoanalysis, and systemic and family psychotherapy has equipped her to offer families a very comprehensive and holistic approach to supporting parents. Her expertise allows her to understand the complex factors that influence parenting challenges, identify underlying issues, and develop tailored strategies to address families' specific needs. Therapeutic parenting coaching is not therapy, however Pei-I incorporates various therapeutic modalities throughout the work, and this means that she will carry out assessment of your family with you to work towards your family goals, share her professional insights and sign post your family to appropriate agency for additional support if required. For this part of the service, it's for parents only. 2️⃣ Family Therapy (For families who need guided intervention as a unit). *Family therapy focuses on improving relationships and addressing challenges within families. It's a process that involves all family members working together with a therapist to understand and resolve issues collectively. The therapist focuses on the process, and facilitates the sessions to help families to find their own resolution in their own time and at their own pace.
  • What if my teen already has a therapist?
Many of the families I work with come to me after therapy hasn’t worked — even when their teen has been in sessions for months (or years). Here’s why that happens: – You’re excluded from the process and left guessing what your teen is thinking, feeling, or struggling with – The focus is on your teen as the problem, instead of the system they’re in – Therapists aren’t trained to give advice or strategies — especially not in high-conflict moments like violent outbursts or aggressive shutdowns – Nothing changes at home to support real progress Restoring Harmony isn’t therapy. It’s a trauma-informed, results-driven therapeutic parenting intervention built by a Family Therapist with over 30 years of experience. I’ve integrated everything I know — from systemic therapy to attachment work to behavioural science — into a clear, guided model that teaches you how to lead your family out of crisis. This isn’t about talk. This is about transformation — and finally having the tools, support, and real-time guidance to rebuild peace at home.
  • How do I choose a service that meets my family needs?
💡 Both services—Family Therapy and Therapeutic Parenting Coaching—help families struggling with teen behaviour, disconnection, and conflict. The difference is in the approach, speed, and structure. 🚀 Here’s how to decide which is right for you: 📌 OPTION 1: Family Therapy ✔ If your family needs a traditional family therapy process to explore emotions, rebuild trust, and address past wounds. ✔ A slower-paced, therapeutic approach with regular sessions focused on long-term change. ✔ Best for families who need a deep, reflective space to work through complex dynamics over time. 📌 Start Here → [Book a Consultation for Family Therapy] 📌 OPTION 2: Therapeutic Parenting Coaching (Faster, Strategy-Focused Approach) ✔ If you need a direct, structured plan to handle teen aggression, defiance, emotional shutdowns, or school-related struggles and other difficult teenager behaviour. ✔ Focuses on clear, practical strategies so you can take action quickly—without years of therapy. ✔ Best for parents who want faster results, guided coaching, and proven frameworks to create immediate change at home. 📌 Start Here → [Explore Therapeutic Parenting Coaching] 📌 Not Sure? Try the Method First. 💡 If you're not ready for full support, start with one of our self-guided programmes: ✔ [Parent-Teen Reset] (Understand your teen’s experience & rebuild trust) ✔ [How to Stop Teen Aggression] (Handle explosive behaviour & set boundaries that work) 💌 Still unsure? Write to me here → enquiries@rainbowparentingpractice.com and I’ll personally guide you to the right fit. 🚀 This positions BOTH services as equally powerful—just different in process & speed.

WHAT Families SAY

Pei-I Yang_D1A9343_edited.jpg
From years of seperating the children to having a harmornious family dinner 1st time in years. It only took 1 session to make  it happen...

We faced  so many behavioural and relationship challenges as a family. Sometimes it felt that there were no way out, and we wanted to give up, but Pei-I had shown us how our family can work as a team, and now as parents we have better relationship with each other and as a family. We can see how this affect our  teenage children positively too.
