When I founded Rainbow Parenting Practice, my vision was simple but powerful: to give parents in crisis the premium support they couldn’t find anywhere else.

I worked with families facing the hardest challenges — aggression, breakdown, silence at home, even children on the brink of being taken into care. And through the programmes I created, like the 5-Day Reset and the 90-Day Restoring Harmony, I saw families come back from the edge of despair.

Rainbow Parenting Practice became known for its premium, bespoke interventions. Families who had spent years — sometimes hundreds of thousands — on therapy without results finally found peace in just weeks.

But as I worked, something deeper grew inside me.

​

I don't want families to wait until crisis hits to get support.

​

And Every family I’ve ever supported — no matter how complex the situation — always came back to the same foundation: parenting and relationships.

It always starts there.

The way we love. The way we connect. The way we were parented ourselves.

And I began to realise: families shouldn’t have to wait until crisis hits to learn about these things.

Parents deserve a place to understand their own stories, to explore their experiences, and to learn about themselves — so they can raise their children with awareness, confidence, and compassion from the very beginning. I often share with the parents that parenting is more about you than about your children.

That’s why I created Jia – The Global Parent School.

In Mandarin, Jia (家) means family, home, belonging.

And that’s what this school is: a home for all parents.
