The Harmony House

A 90-day private space to interrupt the crisis and begin real, lasting change at home.

The Harmony House is for families living with intense teenage behaviour-  — not at breaking point, but far from okay. The kind that leaves you shaken, frightened, and wondering how to get through another day. It is for parents who love their child deeply but are running on empty, caught between fear, guilt, and exhaustion.

This focused, high-support month is designed to help you stabilise what feels unmanageable. Together, we work to lower daily conflict and aggression, reduce volatility, rebuild communication, and bring a sense of safety and steadiness back into your home so you can start breathing again.

If you are dealing with outbursts that turn physical, constant tension and arguments, or the fear of what might happen next, you are not alone. Many parents I work with feel isolated and ashamed, unsure who to talk to or how to explain what is really happening behind closed doors.

A Personalised Start

The Harmony House is a unique blend of Family Breakthrough and Harmony On Call— combining the clarity of a deep-dive assessment with the ongoing support that helps you apply real change day to day.

Harmony House offers a lower-intensity, structured space to stabilise what’s happening at home, without the demands of weekly work. Sessions take place fortnightly, giving families time to reflect, reset, and implement changes between sessions — with professional support holding the process.

In this 90-day container, we focus on clear, achievable priorities for your family. That might be:

• reducing violent or explosive episodes

• calming daily conflict and restoring safety

• rebuilding trust and communication

• helping your teenager return to school or re-engage with learning

• creating calmer, more predictable routines at home

• supporting everyone in the family to recover from the impact of crisis

We will be creating the first genuine sense of stability your family has had in a long time.

The Harmony House offers real help for parents raising teenagers in crisis — a safe, guided space to begin shifting from chaos to calm, one step at a time.

Each month includes

1️⃣ Two intensive therapeutic parenting coaching sessions focused on the real challenges happening at home

2️⃣ Real time weekday whatsapp support from Pei-I between sessions so you are never stuck wondering how to deal with a difficult teenager in the middle of a crisis

3️⃣ Personalised guidance based on your family’s emotional patterns not generalised parenting advice

The Harmony House is delivered as a three-month programme, designed to give families enough time and structure for meaningful change to take hold.

Some families require a higher level of support, including weekly sessions through Restoring Harmony, when situations are at breaking point or require more intensive intervention.

Every family’s needs are different, and the right starting point is shaped around your goals, capacity, and the level of support your family needs right now.

🔥 Book your first appointment now and we will take care of the rest. You will receive everything you need to get started and we will support you fully as you begin this work.

What family said

Pei-I connected with us straight away and was able to convey serious topics with playfulness and healthy challenges. Her approach is clear and structured. She will meet you where you are at to provide the best service tailored to what your family needs.

We had been struggling to find harmony at home, our children were constantly fighting, we were in the middle of it, drowning in work as well. She was our last resort as we had tried everything from the group parenting courses to reading books, asking specialists and school, etc. We were constantly walking on eggshells, waiting for the next fight to emerge and our last solution was to separate our children all the time so we would not have to face those fights.

We have experienced on the 3rd night of Pei-I support for the first time in many years a lovely family dinner, we felt in control but also had fun and there were no fights! We could not believe it. Our children even played with each other which rarely happened. The children felt more relaxed and communicated more with us, sharing their feelings and more generally their day with us/

Pei-I availability when we were lost for words or action in the middle of a fight or a frustration. Her way to challenge our thinking in a non-judgmental way. Her support and compassion for what we had been going through.

A Traumatic event nearly broke the family. After a  year of trying everything but nothing worked, they found their harmony

I was really struggling to be honest! Some things happened and I lost all of my confidence. I made mistakes and didn't know how to get back on track.

BUT after just a couple of sessions with Pei-I, I’m feeling soooo much better. I’m really positive about the future instead of worrying all of the time. For me, the best thing has been the clear strategies you’ve provided.

And I can see the strategies you’ve given me are working already!! After just a couple of weeks things have improved massively. I’m so happy I found you and so excited for the future!! This is exactly what we needed. I know we will all be less stressed and happier because of the work we’ve been doing together Pei-I - we already are (but I’m not letting you go anywhere just yet ).

Anyone who is thinking of working with you should absolutely DO IT. You’re extremely knowledgeable in this area and definitely a talented coach. I feel like to always listen but equally have a lot of amazing insights to share. I love that in a coach.  Mum from England
